This project involved close coordination with Ewa & Tim (Owners) and Wespac Construction (Contractor) to remodel the interior of this historic building on San Francisco street to become the home of Ewa's Thai Cuisine. We designed an entirely new kitchen, dining area, new HVAC system, and reinforcements to the existing roof structure. The restaurant creates a very warm and inviting space to enjoy Ewa's outstanding Thai cuisine. The design team included Case Engineering (M & P), Volta US (Electrical), and Hubbard Merrell Engineering (Structural).
